Isabella Gourmet Foods is so pleased to host internationally recognized Celiac Disease expert Melinda Dennis, MS, RD, LDN as she reads excerpts from her acclaimed book, "Real Life with Celiac Disease: Troubleshooting and Thriving Gluten-Free" and answers questions about living the gluten-free diet and lifestyle.

Dennis received her Master of Science in Nutrition and Health Promotion from Simmons College in Boston, MA, completed her clinical internship at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, and helped found the Celiac Center there in 2004 as Nutrition Coordinator and a co-investigator of celiac-related research, where she works today. She lectures both nationally and internationally and has written extensively on the nutritional management of Celiac Disease. A founder and leader of numerous Celiac societies and publications, Dennis created her company Delete the Wheat, LLC to help people successfully navigate and maximize their gluten-free diet lifestyle.
