Meet Holistic Chef and Nutritionist Meagan Soloff! A New York transplant now residing in Santa Barbara with roots in just about every corner of the world, Meagan grew up in a foodie atmosphere where community and eating went hand in hand, and everything was made from scratch.
Influenced by her travels, and time spent living abroad in remote areas including Asia and The U.S. Virgin Islands, Meagan's food is always unique and a direct reflection of the freshest food the local area has to offer. In 2002, Meagan opened her own successful New York-inspired Chinese food restaurant on the island of St. John's.
Cooking almost every single meal at the restaurant for the the first 3 years, Meagan sought a change of pace after 5 years, and in 2012 enrolled at The Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York, becoming certified as a Holistic Nutritionist.
These days she delights in her new life in Santa Barbara and Los Angeles, working with clients who seek her out for her ability to heal their chronic conditions through her cooking. We are delighted to have her preparing her grab-and-go foods for Isabella Gourmet Foods!
